Tutorials - Multi-fx
The multi-fx processor in energyXT2 lets you add effects such as reverb, delay, phaser and chorus/flanger to your mix. The multi-fx works just like a VST audio effect and can be dropped into the mixer as send or insert effect. You can even drag and drop pre-saved multi-fx presets into the mixer and the multi-fx will be created automatically. Reverb and delay are most commonly used as sends, while phaser and chorus/flanger usually as insert effects on a mixer channel. The multi-fx can chain effects, you can actually use all the effects simultaneously. Adding a new effect to a program Click the FX button, then select one of the effects from the menu. Note, the more effects you add, the more you will strain your CPU.
Deleting effects from a program To delete an effect, right-click the effect panel and select Delete from the popup menu.
Adding a new program To add a new multi-fx program, click on Add from the program menu. A new blank program will be added.Saving programs to disk Select Save as... from the program menu, enter a name and click OK. Multi-fx presets can be dragged from the browser into the mixer.
